Aspindale Park stands almost sold out
THE Aspindale Park housing project, situated at the junction of High Glen Road and Kambuzuma, is nearly sold out, with only 25 stands remaining, the developer has said.
According to Faith Pfute, the Head of marketing for the multipurpose housing project, 1 177 have been sold to date.
“We have three phases. The 25 stands left are in phases two and three and their sizes range from 280 to 360 square metres,” said Pfute.
She said Aspindale Park is a property development company determined to take community living in Zimbabwe to new heights.
It is a 56-hectare development with space for 1 200 stands ranging between 200 and 360m2. When complete, it will include quality schools, churches, day care centres, filling stations with their ancillary services as well as a top-class clinic.
Small and medium enterprises will be established in the development to provide access to shops, markets and suppliers within walking distance of the residences. These amenities will create massive scope for employment and economic development as well as investment opportunities.
“We are a community like no other with fully serviced stands which are of the highest standards, offering water, sewer and electricity connections, tarred roads, storm drainage system, high fibre Internet connectivity, all necessary amenities and development has been approved by City of Harare. In addition, we are going above and beyond to make this a safe haven for your family by providing Solar Street lights and a security fence around the whole development,” said Pfute.
In order to help the people who have acquired stands in Aspindale Park housing project to optimally utilise their land, the developer has built two show houses.
“The show houses have so far received great feedback from all our visitors and we believe it is helping to demonstrate the high quality of the development and give our customers real understanding of what it will look like once completed,” she said.
