ASPINDALE PARK COMPLETES PHASE 1
DEVELOPERS of the multipurpose Aspindale Park development have completed phase one of the project.
Under Phase One 400 residential stands are connected to the main city council sewer and water lines as well as the construction of tarred roads.
The developer also built a show house on 200sqm that captured the imagination of many people who attended its open day last week.
Development of the 56-hectare park is in four phases with1202 residential stands available.
The development will also boast of schools, churches, shopping mall and other amenities at completion.
Aspindale Park development finance director Bianca Swan said the park will offer modern day lifestyle to the middle-class people in Zimbabwe and was modelled along South Africa standards.
She added the company had committed significant capital as evidenced by high-quality workmanship on the ground and demand for residential stands under phase one.
“The demand is very high owing to the standards which are of international standards as clients are assured of fully serviced residential stands. We have also built a show-house to demonstrate that a comfortable home can be built on 200sqm
The total phases are four and we expect them to be complete by mid next year, we are more than capable of developing the land and we have modelled it along South African standards. We have also partnered reputable companies to assist us in the development of the park,” said Swan.
She said those who would have paid 75 percent of the cost of a residential stand can start construction on their land.
Swan said the company has vast experience in operating businesses in both Zimbabwe and South Africa which will help it develop more projects in the country.
The commercial aspect will include the establishment of a SMEs and industrial development commercial hub within Aspindale Park as it seeks to promote economic growth.
Development will commence alongside the initial stages of developing the park, initially with SMEs in the supply of building materials. Other retail services shall be incorporated at a later stage of development.
SMEs are contributing significantly to the growth of the economy, contributing 70% of Zimbabwe’s GDP as highlighted in the budget presented by the Minister of Finance Patrick Chinamasa in November 2016.
“The commercial enterprise will create a massive scope for employment and economic development as well as investment opportunities creating a community like no other.
“In line with the short-term plan, quality schools, churches, day care centres, fuel filling stations with their ancillary services as well as a top class clinic will be constructed within the community catering for residents every need”,
“We take pride in setting a new standard for community living in Zimbabwe by adopting a holistic approach to property development,” he said.
Purchasers of land will receive full title to land making Aspindale a smart and trustworthy investment for homes or investors”.
Aspindale Park is expected to offer world class living and working standards and services for both its residential and commercial clients.
“With a diverse development team the property will have all the desired services and amenities, in addition to durable roads, water, electricity and sewer connectivity the stands will be provided with solar powered street lights and high-speed fibre internet connectivity
“In fact, Aspindale Park will be the first high-density development to have access to fibre internet as well as solar powered lights,” said Swan.
